What we collect when you visit the site

When you visit yupoo-reps.com, we collect standard web traffic data through Cloudflare and Google Analytics 4 (where deployed):

Page views — which pages you visit and the navigation path between them
Referrer — what site or search engine sent you to us
Approximate location — country and region (not specific address) derived from IP geolocation
Device and browser — desktop / mobile / tablet, browser type and version
Click events on data-cta-tagged elements — which WhatsApp CTA variants are clicked (chat / quote / message) for A/B optimization

We don't collect: your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it (for example, by messaging our WhatsApp sourcing desk).

Analytics and cookies

We use two analytics services:

Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-friendly, no cookies, no cross-site tracking. Cloudflare collects aggregate traffic data (page views, referrers, geographic distribution) without identifying individual visitors.
Google Analytics 4 (where configured) — uses cookies to attribute multi-page sessions to single users for behavior analysis. GA4 cookies expire after 2 years and can be disabled via your browser's cookie settings or via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

You can browse this site with cookies disabled. Site functionality is not degraded if cookies are blocked — we don't require login, don't have a shopping cart, and don't run any feature that depends on cookie persistence.

WhatsApp interactions (sourcing desk)

If you contact our WhatsApp sourcing desk (+86 13395943217 or wa.me/message/DI4J3YR4PACUF1), the interaction is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy as well as ours.

What we keep from WhatsApp interactions:

Your sourcing request details (brand, silhouette, size, colorway, shipping country, tier preference)
Your order history with us, if you place orders
Your shipping address, if you provide it for an order

What we don't do with WhatsApp interactions:

We don't share your phone number or order details with sellers we coordinate orders through, except as needed to process your specific order (the seller receives your shipping address; we don't share your phone number unless you specifically authorize direct seller contact)
We don't sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your contact information to advertisers, marketing services, or other third parties
We don't enroll you in marketing lists without your explicit consent

Third-party services we use

Cloudflare — site hosting and CDN. Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Analytics 4 (where configured) — analytics. Privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
WhatsApp / Meta — sourcing desk communication channel. Privacy policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Outbound links to seller Yupoo storefronts — when you click through to a seller's storefront from our site, that seller's data practices apply, not ours.

Your rights

You can:

Browse anonymously — disable cookies in your browser to opt out of GA4 tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics doesn't use cookies and can't be opted out individually but doesn't identify individual visitors anyway.
Request data deletion — if you've contacted our WhatsApp sourcing desk and want us to delete the conversation history and associated order records, message us with "Delete my data" and we'll process within 30 days.
Request data export — same channel, message us with "Export my data" and we'll provide your conversation history and order records within 30 days.
Use ad-blockers — we don't run any third-party advertising on this site, but if you use ad-blockers that block analytics, that's fully supported and doesn't degrade your experience.
